TLHub’s faculty brings together a diverse group of practitioners, trainers and thought leaders working at the intersection of evidence, management and communication for development. They have hands‑on experience designing and implementing programmes in sectors such as health, education, livelihoods and governance, supporting governments, NGOs, multilaterals and donors.

They offer strong expertise in monitoring, evaluation, research and knowledge management. This is complemented by project and programme management skills, and strategic communication experience in behaviour change, advocacy, digital engagement and storytelling for impact.

The faculty represents a wide range of professional and cultural backgrounds, with experience across Africa, Asia, Europe and beyond. Many hold advanced degrees and professional certifications and contribute to research and publications.

"I started my MEL practice as a freelancer. I worked with several large Evaluation Consultancy Firms, oftentimes as a data collector and sometimes as a transcriber. I met an EAI Associate during data collection on an project and he told me of the strong network he had gained since learning of EAI, he encouraged me to join their training platform. I was lucky to get a scholarship for a combined training and coaching programme in January 2023. It was really great spending the first three months of the year learning, relearning and unlearning MEL practices. The coaching helped me to put in structures to set up my freelancing business properly. I got to access more remote work opportunities and I have made better income. It's been hectic but rewarding."
